Meet Attorney Andrew Hereza
Most people don’t look forward to meeting with an attorney. Andrew understands that. His goal is to make the experience feel different, calm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the first conversation, clients are invited to relax, ask questions, and talk openly about what matters most to them and their families.
Why Andrew Chose Estate Planning
Andrew was drawn to the law by a curiosity about how systems shape real lives. Early in his career, he worked in the Michigan state legislature, where he saw how policy affects people in theory, but not always in practice. What stayed with him was the desire to help people directly, not just point them elsewhere when problems became too complex.
Estate planning offered that opportunity. Instead of reacting to crises, Andrew could help prevent them. His work is centered on foresight, putting plans in place so families don’t have to navigate confusion, court involvement, or conflict later on.

Andrew’s Approach to Working With Clients
Andrew’s priority is helping clients feel at ease. Many people walk into their first meeting unsure of what to expect or worried they’ll say the wrong thing. Andrew creates an environment where clients feel welcomed, not judged, and invited to be honest.
Conversations are paced, educational, and collaborative. Questions are encouraged. Concepts are explained in everyday language. Planning is treated as a team effort, built on trust and mutual understanding rather than pressure or assumptions.

What Andrew Helps Clients With
Andrew works with individuals, families, and business owners on planning that supports clarity and continuity, including:
Estate planning that reflects real-life goals
Wills and trusts that work together as intended
Probate guidance when planning wasn’t in place
Thoughtful asset protection planning
Power of attorney and incapacity planning
Each plan starts with listening, not documents.

A Long-Term View of Client Relationships
Andrew doesn’t see estate planning as a one-time transaction. His goal is to build relationships that last for years, even decades. Lives change, families evolve, and plans need to evolve with them.
Andrew's process is designed to support ongoing relationships, allowing him to continue serving the same clients as their needs grow and shift over time. Consistency and continuity matter just as much as the initial plan.

Why Families Work With Andrew
Families work with Andrew because they want to feel understood and supported, not rushed or talked down to. They value the calm explanations, the honest guidance, and the focus on keeping families out of court and out of conflict whenever possible.
For many clients, the most meaningful moment comes when the planning is finished and they realize, often with visible relief, that everything is taken care of.
